You may NOT:

• Publish spam, misleading, or clickbait content
• Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Include malicious links or malware
• Manipulate rankings or engagement metrics
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

Acceptable Content

Prohibited Content

User-Generated Content (Content Creators)

License You Grant to Us

By publishing content, you grant ComingSoon.News a:

• Royalty-Free License: No payment required from us
• Sublicensable License: To allow sharing on social media and search engines
• Transferable License: In case of platform sale or transfer

• Make content accessible via search engines
• Allow social media sharing
• Create excerpts and previews
• Promote featured content on homepage
• Include in newsletters or marketing (with attribution)

License Termination

This license ends when you delete your content, except:

• Backup copies (retained for 90 days)
• Content already shared by third parties (social media, search caches)
• Anonymized analytics data

Your Warranties (Content Creators)

By publishing content, you warrant that:

• You own or have rights to publish the content
• Content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have authority to grant the licenses described above
• Content complies with all applicable laws

For Visitors

Help us maintain quality by:

• Reporting Content: Flag inappropriate content via email
• Contact: contact@pointers.in with subject [Content Report]
• Provide Details: URL and reason for report

For Content Creators

Moderation Process

• Flagging: Content can be flagged by visitors, creators, or moderators
• Review Timeline: Flagged content reviewed within 24-48 hours
• Immediate Action: Serious violations removed immediately
• Notification: Creators notified of content removal when possible
• Appeal Process: Creators may appeal removal decisions

Consequences of Violations

• First Violation: Warning + content removal
• Repeated Violations: Temporary account suspension
• Serious Violations: Immediate account termination
• Legal Violations: Report to authorities if necessary

Voluntary Termination (By You)

Content creators may close their account at any time:

• Delete account from dashboard settings
• Export your content before deletion (recommended)
• 30-day grace period before permanent deletion
• Content removed from public view immediately
• Backups retained for 90 days

Termination by ComingSoon.News

• Violation of these Terms or policies
• Repeated posting of prohibited content
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Abuse of platform features
• Legal requirements or court orders
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Upon Termination:

• Your access to the platform is revoked
• Your content may be removed from public view
• You may not create new accounts without permission
• All granted licenses remain in effect for content already shared

Service "AS IS" (All Users)

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Specific results or outcomes
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Availability at all times

Content Disclaimer (Visitors)

• User-Generated Content: Content is created by users, not ComingSoon.News
• No Endorsement: We do not endorse user content or opinions
• Accuracy: We cannot guarantee accuracy of user-published information
• Use at Your Risk: Rely on content at your own discretion

Limitation of Liability (All Users)

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Damages resulting from user content
• Damages from unauthorized access to accounts
• Damages from service interruptions
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification (Content Creators)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ComingSoon.News from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your content and any claims it violates third-party rights
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

Applicable Law (All Users)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction & Venue

• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India
• Applies to: All disputes arising from these Terms
• Waiver: You waive objection to venue in Gurugram courts

Dispute Resolution Process

Before filing legal action, you agree to:

• Step 3: Allow 30 days for informal resolution
• Step 4: If unresolved, pursue formal legal action

Notification of Changes

• Material Changes: 30-day notice period for significant changes

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ComingSoon.News regarding the use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment
