Synopsis: In a small town, elderly women at an ashram engage in pickle-making, a business that transformed their once dull lives. Sujata, a widowed mother, started "Dehati Achar" after struggling through hardships, turning it into a thriving enterprise supporting many livelihoods. Meanwhile, Dr. L.L. Asthana, a staunch opponent of pickles, remains unmarried due to his manipulative sister, Bela, who seeks to seize his property. His well-meaning but clumsy friend Ramakant takes him to Sujata’s shop, where he is impressed by her determination. Asthana secretly starts buying pickles daily, causing a neighborhood scandal when Bela discovers it.
